We ship accepted orders within 5 working days.

Transport costs will be calculated based on weight and country of destination. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer to pay

Delays in delivery do not constitute grounds for termination of the agreement.

MU Design Store is not liable for any damage caused by exceeded delivery periods.As soon as your order leaves our shop you will be informed about the delivery

We will send you the tracking number of our transporter, which allows you to trace the parcel.

Incorrect delivery addresses or delivery addresses lacking information are the responsibility of the buyer and may result in additional costs

If the transporter is not able to deliver, after 3 attempts the order will be sent directly back to us. If you wish the order to be resent, additional shipping costs will apply
Shipping
Netherlands & Belgium
Shipping charges within the Netherlands and Belgium are a flat €5,-. Orders above €100 are shipped out for free. You will automatically receive your tracking number shortly after your order has been shipped out.
International
Please enter your shipping destination to get our latest international rates. We ship worldwide, so also to you. Orders within the EU are shipped out for free starting at €150 and the rest of the world from €250 exc. tax.
